We generally ship orders within 3–5 business days, and an estimated delivery date will be provided during checkout.

Coco Louie is open Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 9 PM. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or outside of our normal business hours will be prepared for shipment within the next 3–5 business days. While we do our best to accommodate special shipping requests, it is the customer’s responsibility to understand our shipping procedures.

Every order is reviewed and verified before shipment. Discrepancies between billing and shipping information may cause delays. We may contact you, so please provide accurate phone numbers for both billing and shipping.
