If you aren't completely in love with your purchase, please contact us at info@cocolouie.com within 5 days of the date of delivery. In the email, include your order # and describe the reason for the return request. An exchange or store credit will be granted on a case-by-case basis. 

Returned items must be in the condition in which they were received. Damaged items, items we did not send you, or items outside of the return window are not eligible for return.
